United States Congress
All 15 current US Congressional Districts are up for re-election, and those races are listed here. In the past, Michigan has had as many as 19 congressional districts, and is expected to lose one or two seats after the 2010 Census forces redistricting. The two most competitive districts in 2010 are expected to be the 7th and 9th Congressional districts, represented by Mark Schauer and Gary Peters respectively, both first-term Democrats who knocked off Republicans in 2008.
