Richard Bernstein

Richard Bernstein is a lawyer and son of Sam Bernstein of Farmington Hills, one of the largest TV advertisers in the legal market in Michigan. His brother, Mark Bernstein, is an appointed member of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission.
On December 22, 2009, Richard Bernstein filed paperwork to run for Michigan Attorney General, as reported here by OutsideLansing.com. His current competitor in the Democratic Party caucus is Gretchen Whitmer.
